During my feasibility study visit I recognized that the space had a good architectural structure.

Since the challenge was building a flagship caliber boutique on a reduced budget, I presented a strategy to my internal and external teams of re-purposing where we could and designing + building new to achieve the most aesthetic credit.

This tiny shift in mindset became the underpinning of our decision-making.
